  • Select solvent allows for optimum penetration of Primer D41 into the surface pores, pin holes and cracks.
  • The special wetting agent allows for better saturation, dust absorption and adhesion, thereby preparing the surfaces for a permanent and durable bond between the substrate and coating or membrane.
  • When applied over weathered asphalt, it rejuvenates and revitalizes the existing cracked and brittle surfaces, thus preparing them suitably for initiating any maintenance or repair operation.

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned, and all dust, dirt, loose coating, oil and grease removed; concrete must be thoroughly cured, and dried before priming. Before application of subsequent layers, Primer D41 should be allowed to dry.
It can be applied with a roofing brush, roller, squeegee, or airless spray equipment at the recommended coverage rates.

  • Tools : Clean with kerosene.
  • Hands : Use a hand cleaner or kerosene followed by soap and water.
  • Metal : 0.15-0.25 L/M2
  • Concrete smooth asphalt : 0.20-0.30 L/M2
  • Mineral granule surfaces : 0.30-0.50 L/M2
  • Coarse aggregate : 0.80-1.00 L/M2

Complies with ASTM D 41.

18-litre pails and 200-litre drums.

Contains petroleum distillate; flammable; keep away from open fire, sparks or other ignition sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles.
